چکیده
Background and Study Aim. Strength, power flexibility are among the features that provide advantage against opponent in kick boxers. There many factors can affect development of these parameters a positive negative way before competition. These may differ according to type intensity warm-up stretching exercises, depending on psychological physiological conditions. The aim this study is evaluate effects proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, massage, PNF+massage flexibility, vertical jump hand grip strength performance kickboxers.
Materials Methods. sample group consisted 12 men (age: 18.50 ± 0.97 years, height: 161.60 4.47 cm, body weight: 62.20 9.07 kg, BMI: 23.77 2.63), who did kick-box regularly for at least 3 years. This performed 4 different warm up protocols non-consecutive days. Warm were determined as follows: light jogging only 5 minutes (NSM), PNF (PNF), massage (M), stretching+massage (PNF+M). After protocols, participants completed jump, strength
Results. was significant improvement order from low high respectively NSM, PNF, PNF+M, M. Moreover, there difference between NSM M, PNF+M (p<.05). M favour decrease right- left-hand all protocols.
Conclusion. As result study, be recommended kickboxers performance. However, not activities lower extremity, such jump.

The purpose of this study was to compare the acute effects of different modes of stretching on vertical jump performance. Eighteen male university students (age, 24.3 +/- 3.2 years; height, 181.5 +/- 11.4 cm; body mass, 78.1 +/- 6.4 kg; mean +/- SD) completed 4 different conditions in a randomized order, on different days, interspersed by a minimum of 72 hours of rest. Each session consisted of...
